What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- We accept orders from 50 pieces in total. This makes us a good fit for small brands and D2C launches that need small-batch production.

Can individuals or newly launched brands place an order?
- Yes. We work with both companies and individuals. Because our MOQ is 50 pieces in total, we can support you at the launch stage of a brand, or if this is your first time producing garments. Please feel free to get in touch.

How long does production take?
- As a guide, small orders take about 2 to 2.5 months from order confirmation, and larger volume orders take about 4 to 5 months. Timelines vary with material availability and the number of sample rounds, so please tell us your target delivery date at the start.

How much does it cost?
- Costs depend on materials, specifications, and quantity, so we quote each project individually. In addition to production costs, there are sample and pattern-making fees. Tell us what you want to make and how many, and we will provide an estimate.

Are there charges for samples and pattern making?
- Yes, both are chargeable. Sampling lets you check a physical product in hand and finalize the specifications before bulk production. The amount varies with the specifications, so we present it together with your quotation.

What kinds of garments can you make?
- We produce jersey knits, wovens, and sweater knits to your brand's exact specifications, through our partner factory network across four countries: Japan, China, Bangladesh, and Myanmar.

What does the process look like, from first contact to delivery?
- There are five steps: 1. Send us your idea (photos or a rough sketch are fine), 2. Quote and material selection, 3. Sample review, 4. Bulk production, 5. Delivery after full inspection. Ongoing 3PL logistics support is also available after delivery.

Can you help with design and product planning?
- Yes. Through our ODM service, we propose designs and specifications based on our knowledge of trends and materials, then carry the project through from sampling to bulk production. You can come to us with nothing more than a hand-drawn sketch or reference photos.

Where do you produce?
- We have a network of partner factories across four countries: Japan, China, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. We select the production site based on quantity, specifications, and delivery timeline.

How do you handle inspection?
- Every piece is inspected before shipment.

Can you handle warehousing and shipping after delivery?
- Yes. Through our 3PL service we handle inspection, storage, and shipping on your behalf, including individual order fulfillment for e-commerce, so inventory management after production is covered as a single service.

How should I get in touch?
- Please contact us by email (form). Tell us what you would like to make, the quantity, and your timeline — rough details are fine. Photos, reference images, and hand-drawn sketches are all welcome.
